3. HOW DO WE COLLECT PERSONAL DATA?
We collect personal data when you visit our website, submit a contact form, contact us by email or telephone, communicate with us through social media platforms, register for a free trial session, purchase a membership, book classes or services, participate in coaching sessions, complete intake questionnaires or liability waivers, subscribe to newsletters or promotional communications, or make payments for our services.

We process personal data for responding to enquiries and requests, providing fitness, coaching, and related services, managing memberships and bookings, delivering individual and group training sessions, assessing training suitability and supporting exercise safety, adapting programmes to individual needs, communicating operational information, processing payments, maintaining accounting records, managing client relationships, improving our services, ensuring participant safety, complying with legal obligations, and sending marketing communications where permitted by law.
5. LEGAL BASIS FOR PROCESSING
We process personal data based on one or more legal grounds under Regulation (EU) 2016/679 (General Data Protection Regulation – GDPR), including performance of a contract, taking steps prior to entering into a contract, compliance with legal obligations, legitimate interests, and consent where required.
Where you voluntarily provide health-related information, we process such information solely to support your safety, adapt training appropriately, and provide the services you have requested. Health-related information is treated with an increased level of confidentiality and accessed only by authorised individuals involved in providing the relevant services.

Enquiry data may be retained for up to 12 months following the last communication; membership records may be retained for the duration of the relationship and applicable limitation periods; accounting and tax records are retained in accordance with Czech legal requirements; marketing-related data are retained until consent is withdrawn or an objection is raised; and health questionnaires and related safety documentation may be retained for as long as reasonably necessary to support the safe provision of services and protection of legal interests.

Further Athletics takes reasonable organisational measures to ensure access is restricted to authorised individuals who require access to provide services safely and effectively.
